Yard Waste Pick-up

Yard waste recycling pick up is only available in limited areas.

If you live in the City of Traverse City or Acme Township, you can purchase yard waste recycling stickers at:

    Monday - Friday
    8:00 am to 4:30 pm
    Saturday
    8:00 am to Noon 
  • Traverse City - map
     280 Hughes Drive
    Monday - Friday
    8:00 am to 5pm

Yard Waste FACT SHEET: In Michigan, yard waste and grass clippings are banned from disposal at landfills or incinerators unless they are diseased or infected.
